Summary of the position: The Service Operations Manager supports a culture of collaborative problem solving, on-going process improvements, emphasizing a focus on safety and outstanding customer service for all DART passengers. The candidate will also rotate through the Bellevue Transportation office.  This position reports directly to the NEMT Scheduling Supervisor. Under the direction of the Operations Manager in the Transportation Brokerage, the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for the hiring, scheduling, and supervision of Customer Service Representatives. The Stability Resource Specialist (SRS) engages with a wide diversity of clients one-on-one to discuss emergent needs and partner with clients to work toward stability. The SRS assesses client eligibility for a variety of resources and services; prepares applications for financial assistance; and provides short-term navigation, support, and advocacy as requested.

Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician III

Location: Redmond, WA and all Hopelink locations
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm, on-call after hours rotation typically 1 week per month
Compensation: $28/hour – $30/hour DOE, plus $2,000 New-hire Bonus!!!! (details below)

Summary of the position:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician III performs journey-level building preventive and general maintenance and equipment repair work on Hopelink’s numerous multi-family residential, service and transportation centers. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and be able to function independently in all areas. Travel in company truck during work hours to do maintenance repairs across East King County and Shoreline.
