Summary of the position: The Direct Operations Manager supports a culture of collaborative problem solving, on-going process improvements, emphasizing a focus on safety and outstanding customer service for all DART passengers. The Automotive Service Technician maintains service & repairs on Hopelink vehicles and contracted buses. They enter maintenance records into databases and provide technical assistance to service personnel. Summary of the Client Transportation Coordinator
The Client Transportation Coordinator partners in-person with medical facility staff and Medicaid clients to arrange for transportation to/from medical facilities for much needed medical care. This position is a rotational role primarily stationed at the Harborview Medical Center. Coordinators determine what transportation services clients qualify for and work with our transportation partners to meet their needs. The candidate will also rotate through the Bellevue Transportation office. This position reports directly to the NEMT Scheduling Supervisor. Coordinators are provided with a bus pass to travel between work locations.
Community Services

Location: Kirkland, WA (Home base will be Kirkland with travel to other Hopelink Food Markets for coverage needs (Hopelink Food Markets are in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Shoreline and Carnation. This position occasionally supports our mobile food market (Mileage reimbursed for travel).
Compensation: $22.95 per hour
- Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays, plus, up to 7 paid float days available to use immediately: dependent on hire date and hours/week.
- Medical w/Vision and Dental after 1 month waiting period.
Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week M-F depending on business need. Some evenings weekly with very occasional pre-scheduled Saturdays for events or outreach, etc.

Summary of the Food Program Supervisor-Float position:
The Food Program Supervisor-Float works with the food team, volunteers, and clients at our no cost food assistance markets. Hopelink provides food access to mitigate hunger and support basic food security for households facing food insecurity in North and East King County.
- Food market schedules vary by center and Food Program Supervisor – Float may need to provide coverage at multiple centers on the same day.
- Client assistance and in-person volunteer interaction is necessary to fulfill this role.
There is paid training while providing coverage for a food market. Duties could include guiding, directing, training and supervising volunteer staff; placing orders for fresh and non-perishable food from multiple sources; maintaining food market inventory and overall cleanliness; as well as determining client eligibility, and providing appropriate information and referral.
Members of BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) communities, or people who have personal experience in historically marginalized and excluded communities are especially encouraged to apply.
