Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in the north and east King County, WA. With service centers in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Shoreline and Sno-Valley (Carnation), we are the largest nonprofit organization in the area. The DART Fleet Vehicle Detailer ensures that all interior & all exterior surfaces of buses and vehicles are sanitized, washed and detailed using proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety goggles and other protective equipment. This position may require some overtime, but overtime is not guaranteed. Detailers provide automotive interior and exterior cleaning services that meet company or client specifications. They handle everything from a simple wash and vacuum to more intensive cleaning jobs, including hand washing vehicles, steaming and deodorizing interiors.

The career opportunity: The Client Transportation Coordinator partners in-person with medical facility staff to provide transportation assistance to Medicaid clients for the purpose of receiving medical care at local facilities. This position is a rotational role primarily stationed at the Harborview Medical Center. Coordinators determine the type of transportation service required for clients and collaborate with our transportation service partners to meet their needs. This position reports directly to the NEMT Scheduling Supervisor. Coordinators are provided with a Hopelink issued ORCA card, for public transit, to commute to the work locations.

The Center Manager is responsible for the general oversight of the Service Center. Hopelink provides vital resources to people experiencing financial and housing instability in our community. The Case Manager provides assessment, advocacy, referrals, and other support services to low-income families in shelter, transitional, non-time limited housing programs as well as community-based settings. The primary goal is to help families through their own resilience to make positive life changes and substantial progress towards self-sufficiency, with a focus on increasing income & obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
