Hopelink provides public DART (Dial-A-Ride Transit) service through a contract with King County Metro. DART offers bus routes in some neighborhoods using vehicles that can go off regular routes to pick up and drop off passengers. DART operates on a fixed schedule, but one that has more flexibility than regular Metro Transit buses. Standard public transit fare applies to this service, including the acceptance of ORCA cards. Trip requests must be submitted at least two hours before you want to be picked up, and reservations can be made for 30 days at a time, up to 30 days in advance.

Only a limited number of off-route deviations can be made on any given trip. You may be requested to board/deboard at a location a block or more from your home or destination. Estimated pick-up and drop-off times will be provided at the time you call. Please wait at the curbside 5 minutes before the given pick-up time.

  • Monday through Friday: 4:30 a.m. to 10:45 p.m.
  • Saturday: 5:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
