Collaboration is at the heart of everything Hopelink does. Our partnerships help us extend our reach, provide essential services, and create a lasting positive impact on the communities we serve. Together with our partners, we provide critical resources and foster collaboration in four main areas: Community Services, Transportation, Advocacy and Outreach. These partnerships make it possible to connect individuals to the services they need and build stronger communities.
