The career opportunity: The Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Scheduler I works proactively with transportation service partners to ensure that client transportation occurs in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. The Scheduler I is responsible for receiving and dispatching same-day service requests using Hopelink’s Customer Service Center scheduling software, providing superior customer service, and identifying service gaps to ensure that vehicle efficiency is maximized. Additionally, the Scheduler I documents eligibility data and service needs, provides referral information and assistance for callers who are ineligible for services, and serves as a first line of resolution for customer complaints.
The ideal NEMT Scheduler I candidate will have experience in dispatching and/or scheduling transportation, some familiarity with scheduling software, and possesses a keen eye for detail. They should also bring strong customer service skills for interacting with internal and external partners and be adept at multi-tasking.

The career opportunity:
As part of the Hopelink Food Program, Hopelink Harvest increases access to healthy and locally grown food at Hopelink and other food pantries in our service area. Throughout the entire year, the Program Supervisor – Food Harvest is responsible for coordinating Hopelink’s efforts to bring fresh produce from local farms, gardens, and farmers markets into Hopelink marketplaces and partner food pantries. This position helps develop and coordinate educational opportunities around gardening and healthy eating for Hopelink communities.
This position works with our food team, volunteers, and clients at our no cost food assistance markets, providing coverage for our multiple food distribution points, including our five marketplaces and mobile market sites. Approximately 65 percent of this role is client, donor, and volunteer facing (in food markets, farm fields, delivering gleaned food, and building orders) the remaining 35 percent is administrative, and is spent within an office environment. Balance of percentages may change depending on the time of year.
The ideal candidate is passionate about making farm fresh produce available so all families can access seasonally fresh, healthy, and culturally appropriate food. A love of fruit and vegetables, knowledge about farming or gardening, and excellent leadership, outreach with farms, and interpersonal skills are keys to success.

The career opportunity: The Food Program Supervisor – Float holds equal standing with all Food Program Supervisors and plays a vital role in supporting Hopelink’s food programs through staffing and on-call coverage. This position is designed to “float” between food market locations as needed, including the Mobile Market and Harvest Program. While schedules are typically set in advance, flexibility is essential, day-of changes may occur to meet coverage needs. Adaptability and a collaborative spirit are key to thriving in this role. Paid training is provided, and responsibilities while covering a food market may include leading and working alongside volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations, receiving and sorting food deliveries and donations, restocking and organizing the food market and warehouse freezers and coolers, ordering fresh and non-perishable food from multiple sources, maintaining inventory/budget and ensuring overall cleanliness of the market, and assessing client eligibility while offering appropriate referrals and information.

The Development Manager – Institutional Giving is responsible for leading Hopelink’s strategy to secure and grow funding and in-kind contributions from corporate, foundation, and community partners. This role manages the development and execution of two major annual campaigns—End Summer Hunger and Lend a Helping Hand—and provides strategic oversight for the organization’s institutional giving and high-profile community events.
Reporting to the Director of Development – Operations, the Development Manager – Institutional Giving collaborates closely with the Development Manager – Individual Giving and Director of Communications to align strategies across departments. The role also leads high-level logistics for key events including the Reaching Out Celebration, Farm Fresh Feast, and Neighborhood Fair, and may manage external contractors or vendors related to those events.
The Development Manager is a member of the Development Leadership Team and works collaboratively across departments. They directly supervise the Development Officer – Corporate Relations, the Development Specialist – Community Engagement and Development Coordinator – Operations
