The career opportunity:
Hopelink Automotive Service Technician warrants someone who is driven and brings a strong work ethic to the team! This position will perform work in the diagnosis, repair and service of automobiles, medium and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and related equipment such as hydraulic systems, gasoline and diesel engines. This role is also responsible for preventive maintenance inspections and related repairs.
This role requires the candidate to obtain their CDL class C within 90 days of hire and pass a DOT medical exam. Training for CDL class C will be provided at no cost to employee. Applicants with a valid Washington State driver’s license will be considered.

Title: Program Supervisor – Mobility RARET (Equitable Transportation)
Location: Redmond, WA with regular travel within King County and occasional travel through Pierce and Snohomish Counties. Occasional travel outside the tri-county areas is a possibility to support professional development opportunities and/or speaking engagements.

We do this by (1) providing travel education and resources to build awareness of existing transportation options; (2) supporting the coordination of specialized transportation through cross-sector collaborations; and (3) gathering data and needs assessment to recommend and implement improved services. The position provides leadership to the Regional Alliance for Resilient and Equitable Transportation (RARET) workgroup on behalf of Hopelink. The RARET Program Supervisor serves as a mobility expert in their region/scope and is responsible for coalition communications, meeting facilitation, community relationship building, coalition recruitment, coalition engagement, and marketing. In addition, this position supports project management of RARET’s projects and initiatives.

Title: Case Manager
Location: Greater Eastside locations, WA
Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Shifts range Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm or 10:30am-7:00pm. The initial 2-week training is in-person at a Hopelink worksite. After training, hybrid with in-person and some remote schedule options available. Case Managers are assigned to support one or more Hopelink sites based on client and organizational needs.

Hopelink provides vital resources to people experiencing financial and housing instability in our community. The Case Manager provides assessment, advocacy, referrals, and other support services to low-income families in shelter, transitional, non-time limited housing programs as well as community-based settings. The primary goal is to help families, through their own resilience, to make positive life changes and substantial progress towards self-sufficiency, with a focus on increasing income & obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, compassionate, excited to learn, and is a team player who works well in a collaborative team environment alongside community partners. A combination of on-site and remote options is available for this role after training period is complete and job proficiency is demonstrated. Case Managers are assigned to support one or more Hopelink sites based on client and organizational needs. Ability to travel to various Hopelink worksites or offsite locations within a timely manner during the workday. Flexibility to travel throughout the greater Eastside region to support client needs is key.

The Food Market Driver operates various loads and unloads a 24’ delivery box truck, making pick-ups and deliveries of food, supplies, and other food and non-food materials. The Food Market Driver also performs order picking and building at the central warehouse. The career opportunity:
The Client Resource Specialist focusing on Food Enrollment primarily supports Hopelink Food Program and clients, as well as providing front desk coverage or support at centers when needed. This position works with clients in-person or via phone to complete annual enrollments, so they are eligible to receive food services. The food enrollment specialist also focuses on processing online applications to complete enrollments.
The Client Resource Specialist is one of the first points of contact at the Hopelink Center’s Front Desk and is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors. The Client Resource Specialist provides excellent customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff. The environment can sometimes be fast paced and busy and other times it can be slower. This position is critical to ensure smooth operation of the center.
