For families experiencing homelessness, transitional and long-term housing as well as emergency family shelter may be available through Hopelink.
Transitional & Long-Term Housing
Hopelink’s transitional and long-term housing programs in Bellevue, Bothell, Duvall, and Redmond include comprehensive support to help families move from crisis to stability. Transitional housing units provide a secure home for up to two years. Families in long-term housing can stay longer, as long as they meet their lease requirements.
While families are living in Hopelink housing, they will work closely with a skilled case manager to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and set and meet goals designed to find and maintain permanent housing.

Emergency Family Shelter
For access to same day emergency shelter for families call 206-328-5900 (Eastside) or 206-934-6160 (North King County).
For transitional and long-term housing, families must be at 30% of the area median income except for the Kenmore location which can serve those up to 50% of the area median income. This program serves families with children in their custody.
Hopelink may offer holiday gift cards for kids. Families may speak with their case manager for more information.
Families must provide income verification, ID, birth certificates for children, and social security cards. Please note family’s information will remain confidential and Hopelink will never share it with agencies outside of Hopelink’s services.
