King County’s Community Action Agencies Byrd Barr Place, El Centro de la Raza, Hopelink, Multi-Service Center, Neighborhood House, and Solid Ground are together calling for action to protect the vital network of programs that serve the region’s most vulnerable community members.

Hopelink is pleased to announce Eileen Aparis as new Chief Operating Officer. This role is responsible for leading Hopelink’s programmatic divisions—Community Services and Transportation, including oversight of all Facilities strategy and operations.

Over the past three weeks, Washington has been drenched by several atmospheric river systems, pushing Western and Central Washington rivers over their banks and busting through levees, leading to evacuations and catastrophic flooding in both rural and urban communities.
