Hopelink’s Energy and Water program is temporarily closed and cannot accept any new applications until Fall 2022. Links to our Application Packet will be restored in October when our new funding season begins. If you are disconnected from your energy or water utility, please call your local Hopelink center or else 211 to inquire about emergency funding.
If you fill out your own packet and drop it off at a center, you will not need a phone appointment. If you are not sure what documents to include with your packet, you can make a phone appointment instead and a specialist will help you figure out what you need.
