Hopelink’s Employment Program provides several options to meet your employment goals. Read about the options below and decide which one is best for you!

Job and Career Coaching

Are you looking for help on a variety of job and career topics? Our Job and Career Coaching program aims to create a partnership between you and your Employment Specialist to reflect on and identify the skills, knowledge, and resources you need to achieve your employment goals. We use a collaborative approach where you meet with your dedicated Employment Specialist once a week to review progress. We can collaborate with you on:

  • Building a resume
  • Writing a cover letter
  • Ways to search for jobs
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Creating a long-term career plan
  • Making connections with employers
  • Finding the right education and training
  • And other things that support your goals!

If you would like to enroll in our Job and Career Coaching program, please email HEP@hopelink.org or call 425-250-3030 to learn more and make an appointment. This program is available to eligible adults living in North and East King County, within Washington State.

One-Time Employment Consultation

Are you looking for a one-time meeting with a professional Employment Specialist to receive insight and direction for your job search? Or maybe you’d like to try a job coaching session before committing to our ongoing Job and Career Coaching program (above)? If so, this service option may be a good fit for you. This one-time Employment Consultation is a one-on-one, 1-hour meeting with a Hopelink Employment Specialist, in which you can work with them on any of the same job search topics listed above.

If this one-time Employment Consultation service interests you, please email HEP@hopelink.org or call 425-250-3030 to learn more and make an appointment. This program is available to eligible adults living in North and East King County, within Washington State.
