Hopelink

Bothell Police Department

Keeping our community safe and giving back – that’s what the Bothell Police Department is all about. On an annual basis, they host a food drive at the Canyon Park QFC which brings in thousands of pounds of food for Hopelink’s Kirkland food bank. Also helping families get back on their feet in Bothell is the Evergreen Academy whose efforts were instrumental. The students came together to fill the Hopelink van with toiletries and cleaning products while also donating over 500 pounds of food.

Group Health Cooperative (Kaiser Permanente)

Volunteer Services at Group Health in Bellevue is the pulse of our community. Their annual holiday basket fundraiser hit an all-time high, raising a record-breaking total of $22,159 for Hopelink services. Employees went home with beautiful gift baskets crafted by their own peers while changing lives right here in our neighborhood. Meanwhile, the ASB at the International School in Bellevue held an assembly with a twist; the Snowflake Ball. This competition between the grade levels has been going on for over a decade and this year, it brought in heaps of food for our Bellevue food bank.

Eastside Fire & Rescue

When the smoke clears, Eastside Fire & Rescue is there to spread hope. The station carries a gift drive tradition that spans over five years. Filling more than two totes of new, unwrapped gifts for Hopelink’s Sno-Valley gift room, the fireman show the true meaning of the holidays by giving back and bringing the community together by lending a hoping hand.

Genie / Terex

Hopelink doesn’t need a magic lamp when we have Genie in Redmond granting our holiday wishes. As charitable champions, the team at Genie/Terex secured the equivalent of nearly 400 food bank visits for a family of four through their highly competitive annual food drive, inspired by Hopelink ambassadors Kevin Crowder and Craig Graves. In addition to supporting their community through food and monetary donations, their employees exercise corporate citizenship by volunteering at our food banks.

T-Mobile

T-Mobile’s unlimited plan to give back to our community provides the coverage people need during a time of uncertainty. In the spirit of the season, their employees stepped away from their daily tasks to transform into elves; delivering scores of holiday cheer in the form of new toys for local children led by Beret Kline. The magic of their giving propelled Hopelink to serve over 7,000 children through our gift rooms.
