Monday through Friday: 4:30 a.m. - 10:45 p.m.
Saturday: 5:45 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.
You can also call at other times and leave a message.
Only a limited number of off-route deviations can be made on any given trip. Vans can deviate from their fixed routes to serve other locations within the service area, but they cannot necessarily provide door-to-door service due to safety and other operational considerations (narrow streets, cul-de-sacs, etc.). You may be requested to board/deboard at a location a block or more from your home or destination.
Estimated pick-up and drop-off times will be provided at the time you call. Please be waiting at the curbside 5 minutes before the given pick-up time.

Ride2 offers on-demand shuttle service to and from transit hubs throughout the region using mobile apps. The first pilot and mobile app (Ride2 Park & Ride) was activated Oct. 23, with service to and from the Eastgate Park-and-Ride in Bellevue. A second pilot project and app (Ride2 Transit) is starting in West Seattle on Dec. 17 with service to and from buses at the Alaska Junction and the Water Taxi at Seacrest Dock.
