Thank you for your interest in becoming a table captain at Hopelink’s 2017 Reaching Out Luncheon! Please use the form below to register as a table captain. We welcome our table captains on a first-come, first-served basis and we expect a full house for this year’s exciting event. Please register as soon as possible to reserve a table for you and your friends or colleagues.

General individual registration opens on August 1. We strongly encourage all table captains to register themselves before that date. Once your table captain registration is confirmed, you can begin recruiting guests to join you. You will have until October 1 to register your full table. Here is a digital Save the Date for you to forward in an email to inform potential guests about our luncheon.

Both of the resources below have more information about what to expect as a table captain this year and can be used to help organize your table. Frequently Asked Questions for Table Captains

By registering to be a table captain you are committing to filling a table with your fellow Hopelink supporters. Tables include seating for 10 (you + 9 guests). You can also choose to host more than one table, or co-host a table. Table captains will be expected to fill their table and submit all guest names by October 1. Our Hopelink team is eager to help you throughout the process. Once you register, we will be in touch to remind you of key dates, keep you on track, and help you register your guests.


You will have between August 1 and October 1 to register the guests that will join you at the luncheon. Our goal is to make registering your guests as easy as possible for you. You can register your guests in multiple ways this year and are encouraged to use the guest list form (link above) to help keep track of the guests that will be joining you.

Guest lists are due October 1.


There’s no cost to be a table captain or host a table. However, all guests will be invited to make a gift to support Hopelink during the luncheon.

Currently we are in the homestretch of our $20 million Campaign for Lasting Change. At this year’s luncheon we will ask all donors to give a gift to support both Hopelink’s day-to-day community services work and our Campaign for Lasting Change. On top of a $150 gift to support Hopelink’s current work in the community, we ask that attendees give an additional $150 or more to support our growth through this ambitious campaign, bringing the suggested minimum donation to $300.

We thank you in advance for recruiting guests who are also eager to help us grow our services and want to contribute to the completion of this campaign.


You do not need to be a table captain to register for and attend the luncheon. You will have the opportunity to register as an individual guest beginning August 1. Individual guests are encouraged to mark their calendars for August 1 and register on or immediately after that date as we are expecting a full house and space is limited.
