General FAQs

 

Registration will open in August. Once registration begins, you can register online, call 425.897.3703, or email RSVP@hopelink.org.

Registration will officially close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 5, or when the event reaches capacity. If seats are still available on the day of the luncheon, they will be assigned through walk-up registration on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

The Reaching Out Luncheon is a fundraiser for Hopelink services, however, it is not a ticketed event, nor is there a cost to attend. During the luncheon program, you will be asked to make a gift by filling out a giving card at your table. Guests may write checks or provide credit card information. The suggested minimum donation is $200, and your contribution can be pledged over time.

 

 

We can accommodate most dietary concerns. Please let us know prior to the event. Call 425.897.3703, or email RSVP@hopelink.org. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

 

 

We encourage guests to carpool or arrive early to ensure parking nearby. The Meydenbauer lot below the main ballroom will be free and reserved for luncheon attendees, but is usually filled by 11:15 a.m. You may also park in non-validated overflow lots in the surrounding area.

 

 

Thank you for letting us know! Please email RSVP@Hopelink.org by October 5 so that we are able to cancel your lunch order. (Cancellations after this date can still be processed, but we will not be able to change our catering order after October 5).
