Enrollment is required to be eligible to shop at a Hopelink Market. There are three options to enroll. You can call the Hopelink Center serving your area to schedule a quick 5-10 minute phone appointment, you can pick up a paper application during Food Market hours, or complete the online Food Enrollment Application Form available in multiple languages. While you are waiting for your enrollment appointment and approval you can still receive food.
Enrollments must be renewed every 12 months.
