Farm Fresh Feast FAQ | Hopelink Hopelink

FAQs for Farm Fresh Feast 2022

What is Farm Fresh Feast?

Farm Fresh Feast is one of Hopelink’s signature fundraising events. Community members gather to enjoy a fun evening that includes wine and an exquisite meal while learning more about Hopelink programs and financially contributing to further the success of those programs and ultimately our neighbors.

Will Farm Fresh Feast be an in-person event?

Yes! This year’s Farm Fresh Feast will be a fully in-person event, hosted at Sparkman Cellars in Woodinville. There will not be an option for participating virtually this year. We are excited to see our guests in person again!

What COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken?

At this time, Hopelink will be requiring all guests to wear masks while not eating or drinking. Hopelink also will limit the number of high-touch areas. The silent auction bidding and the auction catalog booklet will be online and accessed through smartphones or a Hopelink-provided tablet. The reception will be hosted outside on Sparkman Cellars’ patio, and the dinner and the program will be inside in the large ballroom. Safety protocols are subject to change based on government mandates and venue guidelines at the time of the event.

What is in the meal?

We are excited to once again partner with Chef John Howie on a delectable meal for Farm Fresh Feast! You can find the evening menu here and select your entrée when you purchase your ticket for the event. If you have dietary restrictions, please email us at RSVP@hopelink.org when you register so that we can confirm your meal accommodations.

What can we expect from this year’s auction?

Both the silent and live auctions during Farm Fresh Feast are filled with exciting items to both bid on as well as enjoy if you win! This year’s silent auction will open when doors open the evening of the event, and donors will bid for silent auction items online by using their smartphones or a Hopelink-provided tablet. The live auction will be conducted by our auctioneer, Graham Crow, and guests will be given a bid card to use for live bidding.

An exciting moment during our auction will be when guests can raise their paddles and Make A Difference on behalf of Hopelink’s programs and services. This moment always brings out the tears, and excitement of just how much your efforts can impact the lives of our neighbors and the community overall.
